Washing instructions-

It is recommended that all items are hand washed as most pieces use a variety of fabrics and colours that may cause shrinkage or merging of dyes. Contemporary pieces that incorporate plastic and other unconventional material should be handled with extra care.

Returns-

Returns, exchanges and refunds are currently not accepted. Due to the many hours it takes for me to design, manufacture and market each item, I simply cannot afford to. The only exception is if there is a mistake made on my behalf (e.g the wrong item was sent or there is a fault in the items description). This can be discussed by contacting info@moonragz.co.uk where you will either be accepted or denied.

Delivery-

Trips to the post office are typically done once a week, so please allow up to 5 working days for your item to be delivered. All parcels will be sent with standard delivery and tracking (extra fees and delivery time can be expected for international orders). I am not responsible for an order once it has been shipped. If you are in need of an order sooner, drop me an email and I will try my best to work out an arrangement.

Sizing-

Sizing is scaled from XS-XXL and is based off of uk sizes, specific measurements will be included to ensure the right fit. Most pieces are unique 1 of 1s and I will be making them in a variety of different sizes.
